Examples of situations where Funds-Marts can provide value-added services to Professionals and their clients or customers would include:

-Attorneys representing Plaintiffs in Personal Injury and other cases where the clients need Presettlement or Appellate Lawsuit funding. Funds-Marts complement Attorney services by levelling the playing field and ensuring that each case settles for what its worth.

-A business owner sold his business and offered seller financing for a portion of the sales price. The note held by the business owner is commonly referred to as a business note.
